We all have different versions of ourselves that show up depending on the circumstances—the confident leader, the reluctant hero, the protector, the people-pleaser, the rebel, and sometimes the villain.

In Which Version of You Is in Control?, Christy Smallwood uses the familiar world of heroes and villains to explore the patterns, beliefs, triggers, and behaviors that shape how we lead, make decisions, respond to challenges, and interact with others.

Participants will learn to recognize the patterns that may be holding them back, identify the traits and behaviors that can actually propel them forward, and become more intentional about who they allow to take control in defining moments. Because growth isn’t about destroying your inner villain or always choosing to be the hero—it’s about developing the awareness to recognize who has the wheel and consciously choosing who needs to lead next.

To celebrate an early Halloween, please come dressed as your favorite hero or villain!
